Exterior Insulation and Finish System.
The most efficient way to insulate a building is to insulate on
the outside. Exterior insulation absorbs the temperature change
between the interior and the exterior of the building: therefore,
the thermal shock takes place in the blanketing of exterior
insulation.
EIFS gives superior design flexibility with a multitude of
textures and an unlimited array of colors that can be combined to
create columns, cornices, arches, and quoins.

DRYWALL FINISHES
Iowa Wall has a texturing unit for any size job, including a
truck-mounted large spray machine for mobile texturing jobs. This
allows for very fast application of wall and ceiling textures.
Acoustic Spray: Shredded polystyrene aggregate gives this
interior ceiling texture greater whiteness, better hide, and bold
accent.
Knock-Down Texture: A light, medium or heavy application on
gypsum wallboard. A popular, low cost decoration to receive paint
as finish.
Sand Finish & Orange-Peel: Can be applied as wall or
ceiling textures.
VENEER PLASTER
Iowa Wall applies Kal-Kote®, which is a two-coat plaster system.
The advantage of veneer plaster includes rapid installation,
appearance and endurance. Hand textures such as swirled ceilings,
stipple, French-lace, and broom techniques are available.
PAINTING
Iowa Wall performs interior and exterior painting.
